Currently, a videoconference meeting is being held under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the effectiveness of the reforms being implemented, the progress of work in the regions, and finding solutions to issues of concern to the population.

At it, Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized the ministers and khokims and said that they are not working with appeals. It is noted that among the most frequent appeals on social networks is the education sector. About a thousand of the general appeals requested a personal reception of the President.

"When did the khokims analyze the increase in complaints against officials, especially in Tashkent and Bukhara? If ministers and khokims do not resolve appeals, to whom should people turn their backs?

We must not forget that behind every appeal lies a person's fate, their pain and hope!" - said the President.
