According to Clause 12 of the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 823 of September 30, 2019, the Working Group established in general education institutions shall evaluate the activities of each pedagogue, psychologist and library staff of the general education institution by July 1 of each year and For the next academic year, pedagogues, psychologists and library employees who have shown high results should be given a monthly bonus to the basic tariff rate.
That is, the working group should study and evaluate the activities of teachers and library staff working in the school based on approved criteria and decide on setting a monthly increase to the basic tariff rate from 10 to 40 percent by July 1.
True, working groups in some educational institutions took into account the fact that most of the teaching staff will go on vacation from June, and instead of waiting for July 1, they decided to assign overtime to pedagogues at the beginning of June they put.
But this is not the right decision. For example, this year, online training courses started quite late. Even now, training courses in some subjects have not been started. When we spoke with the officials of the National Research Institute named after A.Avlony, they said that until July 1, advanced training courses in all subjects will be activated.
Therefore, taking into account some of the above circumstances, it is appropriate for the working groups of educational institutions to adopt a decision on setting a monthly bonus for pedagogues by July 1, according to the requirements of the statute.
For example, if the Working Group adopted the decision on June 29, other teaching staff would have had time to receive a bonus from the director's fund. Therefore, we recommend that working groups work according to the requirements of the charter.
