That is, the working group should study and evaluate the activities of teachers and library staff working in the school based on approved criteria and decide on setting a monthly increase to the basic tariff rate from 10 to 40 percent by July 1.

True, working groups in some educational institutions took into account the fact that most of the teaching staff will go on vacation from June, and instead of waiting for July 1, they decided to assign overtime to pedagogues at the beginning of June they put.

But this is not the right decision. For example, this year, online training courses started quite late. Even now, training courses in some subjects have not been started.
