How is "decree money" calculated?

Paragraph 4, paragraphs 40-48 of the Regulation "On the procedure for the appointment and payment of benefits under the state social insurance", paragraph 5, paragraphs 49-78 -clauses regulate the procedure for calculating allowances for temporary incapacity for work, pregnancy and childbirth.
The basis for the appointment and payment of pregnancy and childbirth allowance, pregnancy and childbirth allowance is the certificate of incapacity for work issued in the prescribed manner.
In case of loss of the certificate, the allowance is given instead of it on the basis of a duplicate certificate of temporary incapacity for work (duplicate).
In all cases, benefits for temporary incapacity for work, pregnancy and childbirth are calculated from the employee's actual salary.
The actual salary, which is the basis for the calculation of benefits, includes the total salary payments collected from the workplace, insurance contributions.
1/12 of all premiums received during the 12-month period before the month of temporary incapacity for work or pregnancy leave, minus insurance contributions, is added to the monthly salary from which the allowance is calculated, and the average monthly salary is determined.
