Otabek Rakhmonberganov, son of Rakhmonbergan, was born in 1983 in the Gurlan district of the Khorezm region. He specializes in economics and pedagogy.

In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Tashkent State Economic University, and in 2010, he underwent retraining at the Khorezm Regional Institute for Advanced Training of Teaching Staff for the specialty "Informatics Teacher."

During his career, he worked as a specialist in the Gurlan district administration, a specialist in the Gurlan district department of public education, a computer science teacher in secondary schools No. 1 and 5 in Gurlan district and the Presidential School of Khiva city.

Otabek Rahmonberganov is an expert in the field of thinking. She teaches mathematics, logical and critical thinking, and solving non-traditional problems in a training center. He is the author of textbooks, books, and methodological materials in this field.
