A parent who pressured the teacher after the grade was fined

In the Shakhrikhan district, a school teacher M.N. was fined by the court for demanding a grade on her child. The teacher also recovered material and moral damage from the offending parents. This was reported by the press secretary of the Supreme Court Aziz Obidov.
It turned out that the parents of the student, S.S. and G.S., came to the teacher's house and said that they would grade their child, which influenced the correct and impartial assessment of his knowledge and hindered the teacher's performance of official duties.
The case of the offense was considered in the Shahrihan district court on criminal cases, and each of the parents was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 7 times the basic calculation amount, that is, 2,380,000 soums, under Part 1 of Article 197-5 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (illegal interference in the professional activities of a teacher of an educational organization or obstruction in the performance of their official duties).
After that, M.N., who was recognized as a victim in the case, filed a lawsuit with the Bustan inter-district civil court and asked for a decision to recover 3 million 325 thousand soums from the parents of her student for material damage caused as a result of an administrative offense, and 3 million soums for moral damage.
However, the plaintiff noted that they agreed with the defendants in the court session on the issue of compensation for damages caused as a result of the offense. In this regard, the court accepted the waiver of the claim and issued a ruling to terminate the civil case.
