Is it not allowed to teach some students at school?

I am a student of philology and language teaching. I studied 10 hours at school. But the justice department refused the order to hire me. They say that those studying in this field cannot teach. How true is this?

According to paragraph 8 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 275, persons studying in the 3rd year of full-time, evening, and correspondence departments in the pedagogical direction of a higher educational institution may be allowed to carry out pedagogical work, and they are assigned a basic tariff rate, similar to the basic tariff rate of an employee of the relevant position with secondary specialized, professional education.

Clause 8 of this resolution clearly states: only 3rd-year and higher-level students studying in pedagogical fields are granted the right to carry out pedagogical work.

According to the official classification in the document, "Philology and Language Teaching" belongs to the field of humanities, not pedagogy.

Therefore, if a student studies "Philology and Language Teaching," they are not considered a student of the "pedagogical direction" stipulated in the decree. Therefore, the benefit of Resolution No. 275 (the right to start pedagogical work from the 3rd year) does not automatically apply to him.

In conclusion, from a legal point of view - the direction of philology is not considered a pedagogical direction, therefore, the norm of Resolution No. 275 does not directly apply to them.
