The school had 45 hours of classes in September. There were 4 teachers at the school, of which 1 employee had the second qualification category, and the remaining 3 did not have a category.
According to the decision of the pedagogical council in September, a teacher with a category was provided with 19 hours of lessons, 2 teachers - 9 hours, and 1 teacher - 8 hours.
This year, in August-December, another employee participated in the certification and received the second qualification category. Can an employee who received a new category in the January lesson allocation require more lessons according to their certificate? If so, how many lessons is he entitled to ask?

Class hours in schools are distributed in accordance with the priority sequence provided for in paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Staffing Classrooms and Formation of Tariff Lists in General Education Institutions."
In this case, based on the established sequence of indicators, the maximum number of teaching hours can be set for teachers who have an advantage.
As is known, teaching hours are distributed among pedagogical staff annually until September 15. However, teaching hours can be redistributed by the pedagogical council of the general education institution.
If a teacher receives a qualification category in the middle of the academic year and expresses a desire to increase class hours, the pedagogical council may consider this issue and redistribute classes in January.
In this case, lesson hours should be equally distributed among several teachers with identical indicators.
In the above situation, in January, the pedagogical council may set equal teaching hours for two pedagogical workers with equal qualification categories, that is, the maximum number of teaching hours.
