To the attention of teachers participating in the certification tests

In many cases, teachers who participated in the certification tests submit a written application (complaint) to the appellate commission due to an incorrect assessment of their pedagogical skills and psychological preparedness, errors and shortcomings in the materials of the test or qualification test in the academic subject.
However, many people, due to a poor understanding of the appeal procedure, make various mistakes and shortcomings, which can work to the detriment of teachers.
Therefore, for teachers dissatisfied with the results of the certification, we remind you of the following information:
If you participate in the certification but are dissatisfied with the results, you must submit a written application (complaint) to the Appeals Commission within ten days from the date of publication of the results.
In this case, appeals to the Appeals Commission are made in writing or electronically through the personal account of teachers through the official website of the Ministry.
The application (complaint) is reviewed within ten days from the date of registration, and if additional studies are required, before the formation of qualification category certificates.
Applicant teaching staff can participate in the process of consideration of their appeal by the appeals commission, either directly or remotely online.
This is important: If the pedagogical worker who sent the appeal wants the appeal to be considered with their participation, they must add an addition to the appeal stating "the appeal should be considered with my participation."
Because during the court hearings on the certification, the ministry officials reported that the appeals were considered without the participation of the teaching staff because they did not write an appeal of the same content in the complaint filed by the teaching staff.
If the pedagogical staff has been correctly assessed, the results of the certification will remain unchanged if errors and shortcomings in the test and qualification test materials for the academic subject, as well as organizational and technical shortcomings during the testing process, are not identified.
On the contrary, if the pedagogical skills and psychological preparedness of the teaching staff are assessed incorrectly, if errors and shortcomings are identified in the test or qualification test materials for the academic subject, the certification results will be changed.
If organizational and technical shortcomings are identified in the process of conducting tests or qualification exams in an academic subject, the tests are conducted again.
We remind you that the order (decision) of the ministry or the decision of the appeals commission may be appealed by pedagogical staff to the court in the manner prescribed by law.
