It is known that according to paragraph 26 of the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823, a 10 percent monthly surcharge can be set for the basic tariff rates of the heads of the methodological associations of the general educational institution in the fields of science.
In this case, the 10 percent bonus assigned to the heads of methodological associations is determined in addition to the bonus that can be received as a teacher.
As you know, on August 22, 2023, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education developed the criteria for setting a 10 percent monthly premium to the basic tariff rates of the heads of methodological associations in the fields of science.
According to it, 10 percent increments are determined for the heads of the joint venture in the following order:
1.Organization of timely methodical support for pedagogues during the educational process, their activity in improving their professional and methodical skills and qualifications.
30 points if at least 3 methodical events (educational seminar, master classes, additional information on science, news discussion roundtable, etc.) were organized for the members of the method association, 30 points if not organized 0 points will be assigned.
For this, the working group will be provided with short information about the methodical event, no more than 1 page, and 2 photos from the event.
2.Activity in organizing the education and upbringing process based on modern pedagogical technologies.
Add 20 points if the members of the method association are recommended 1 pedagogical technology per quarter for use in the educational process or methods of filling the gaps in mastering the subject of teachers, and 0 points if not recommended cried.
For this purpose, short information of no more than 1 page is provided about the recommended pedagogical technology or ways to fill the gaps in students' mastery of science.
3.Active in strengthening interdisciplinary integration and effective implementation of STEAM approach.
In this case, 10 points are given if the issue of strengthening interdisciplinary integration with other subject methods and effective implementation of the STEAM approach in the general education institution is discussed once a quarter, and 0 points if it is not discussed.
For this purpose, brief information about the methodical event, no more than 1 page, is provided.
4.Activity in further improving the quality of the educational process in a general educational institution.
In this case, 30 points are given if all the teachers who are members of the method association in the general educational institution organized "Open lessons", and 0 points if they did not organize "Open lessons".
Also, 10 points will be given if the method association meeting was held during the quarter, and 0 points if the method association meeting was not held.
Note: The above figures are not calculated at the end of each quarter, in which the results of the 1st quarter are carried over into the 2nd quarter, the results of the 2nd quarter are carried over into the 3rd quarter, the results of the 3rd quarter are carried over into the 4th quarter, and the results of the 4th quarter are carried over into the 1st of the following year. - valid during the quarter.
