Question
I took part in the attestation of the subject of elementary training before the convocation on June 29, 2022, and received the II qualification category. Till date I have not been paid for my qualification category II, please clarify.
Answer
With the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On the approval of the regulation on the organization of primary training before the draft in educational institutions", the system of awarding the reserve military rank and qualification category to the teachers of the subject of primary training before the draft was introduced.
According to it, from January 15, 2024 until the convocation, the practice of awarding the qualification category to teachers of primary education subjects in the order established for teachers of other subjects of educational organizations was launched.
In this case, according to the conclusion of the attestation, the salary of the teacher of primary education subject to the call of the qualification category is equal to the salary of the subject teachers with the corresponding qualification category in the general education institution.
From January 15, 2024 until the appointment with the qualification category, the teacher of primary education should be paid as follows:
- Specialist - 2 million 948 thousand 543 soums;
- Second category - 3 million 301 thousand 055 soums;
- First class - 3 million 678 thousand 381 soums;
- High category - 4 million 064 thousand 865 soums.
If the teacher of primary education has received a qualification category before the call, then starting from January 15, 2024, we believe that a monthly salary should be paid in proportion to their qualification category.
