The Ministry of Pre-school and School Education issued an instruction to take measures to attract pedagogues to the next certification in a timely manner who have completed five years of attestation and who have not defended the current qualification category (position) or have not increased their qualification category (position) for five years.
In the instruction letter signed by Deputy Minister S.Rajabov, in the "Regulation on the procedure for certification of teaching staff of preschool, general secondary, special secondary, professional and extracurricular educational organizations", the certification of teaching staff is carried out twice a year, in January-June and in August and December. 19, paragraph 19 states that "pedagogical staff registered for certification every year from January 1 to March 1 and from August 1 to October 1 directly through state service centers or through the Unified interactive state services portal or on the official website of competent ministries to apply under the 36th paragraph, it is mentioned that "qualification tests for teaching staff will be conducted by the competent ministries every year in March-May and October-November".
Also, the officials were told that six months before the end of the next mandatory attestation period, it is necessary to inform the teaching staff in writing about the need to pass the attestation.
So, judging from the above, the autumn certification will be held from August 1 to October 1, and qualification tests will be held in October-November.
