As you know, by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 681 dated December 25, 2023, the procedure for training candidates for the position of director of state general secondary educational institutions in management training courses and issuing a management certificate was established.
At the same time, starting from September 2024, school principals with a manager's certificate will be paid a 50% bonus, and deputy principals - a 30% bonus.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2024 No. PP-231, this procedure is now being introduced for directors of preschool educational organizations.
At the same time, by September 2024, a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers will be developed, providing for the procedure for assessing the knowledge and skills of directors of preschool educational organizations and candidates for the position of directors, as well as issuing a management certificate to them based on the results of the assessment.
The directors of preschool educational organizations with this certificate will also be paid a monthly bonus of 30 percent.
