As it is known, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019 approved the Regulation "On the procedure for creating and using the funds of the Director's Fund for the encouragement of exemplary employees of general secondary educational institutions."
According to it, it is possible to establish a monthly allowance of up to 40% to the basic tariff rate for teachers who make a personal contribution to the educational process, are loyal to their profession and demonstrate a high professional level.
At the same time, on the basis of the criteria for assessing the activities of pedagogical employees, they are paid a surcharge in the following amounts:
- 65 - 70 points - 10%;
- 71 - 75 points - 15 percent;
- 76 - 80 points - 20 percent;
- 81 - 85 points - 25 percent;
- 86 - 90 points - 30 percent;
- 91 - 95 points - 35%;
- 96 - 100 points - 40 percent.
Is it possible for a teacher to receive a 50% bonus under this provision?
Yes, you can. If the teacher is at the same time the head of the methodological association and his methodological activity is also positively evaluated by the working group, they can be paid an additional 10% to the 40% bonus they receive as a teacher, that is, 40% + 10% = 50%.
