Will foreign language teachers who do not have a B2 certificate be dismissed?

Question
From the new academic year, foreign language teachers who do not have a national or equivalent international certificate will not be included in the tarification list.
It was an assignment from above. By September, those who do not have a B2 certificate will be fired. Wasn't this request extended?

In the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2021, No. PP-5117, foreign languages with 15 national or equivalent internationally recognized certificates (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Persian, Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Hindi) are listed as foreign languages.
According to paragraph 9 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 312 dated May 19, 2021, starting from the 2022-2023 academic year, a newly hired applicant for the positions of foreign language teachers of state educational institutions must have a national or equivalent international certificate of at least B2 level.
Due to the shortage of foreign language teachers in schools in the 2022/2023 academic year, the requirement not to hire foreign language teachers who do not have a national or international B2 certificate is set to come into force from the 2023/2024 academic year.
By the 2024-2025 academic year, it was established that all foreign language teachers working in schools must have at least a national B2 level or an equivalent international certificate.
However, according to the latest information, a draft decision has been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers to provide teachers with an additional period. That is, if English teachers have not received the necessary certificate for 3 years, this time they may also be given the opportunity.
The head of the department of the Ministry of School and Preschool Education Erkin Murodov said in an interview with Daryo that this requirement will be eased.
So, at the same time, the ministry has submitted a proposal to the government to ease this requirement. However, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers has not yet been signed on this matter.
The B2 certificate requirement for foreign language teachers can be somewhat relaxed only if a document is signed on this.
It should also be noted that if the Cabinet of Ministers decides to grant teachers of foreign languages an additional period, this procedure will be applied not to newly hired teachers, but to teachers who are already working in schools.
