According to Qalampir.uz, the director of the 43rd school of the Pop district of Namangan region, despite the fact that the school is on vacation, called the pedagogues to the place of education until 16:00 to perform tasks that do not belong to them, or forced him to pull grass, clover and weeds in the school area.
According to the materials submitted to the publication, the school director demanded 500,000 soums from the teachers who did not want to do the "black" work listed above. In addition, he forced teachers to collect money from students' parents.
After that, this situation was investigated by the State Labor Inspectorate, Department of Poverty Alleviation and Employment, Pop District.
During the study, it was found that the employees of the institution were engaged in cleaning work in the school yard, contrary to Article 5 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 349.
Therefore, an administrative fine in the amount of 50 times the amount of the base calculation was applied to the head of the organization based on part 1 of Article 51 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Today it is 17 million soums.
