Alisher Kadyrov criticized the activities of Minister Hilola Umarova
Alisher Kadirov, the head of the "Milliy Tiklanish" party, criticized the activities of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and said that although funds are allocated for education, the ministry is not doing enough work.
Alisher Kadyrov wrote about this on his official Telegram page. He wrote this message after the news spread on social networks about the fracture of the hand of one of the teachers who were involved in hard labor in one of the schools in Andijan.
He said that it was pointless to spend money on improving the qualifications of those who worked for 20 years and did not get a qualification, or who knew very well that he was mistaken in the field with his diploma in his hand, who counted the days in kindergarten or school until another work came out.
He said that Minister Hilola Umarova has not presented a report to the parliament since she was approved by the Legislative Chamber.
The faction of the "Milliy Tiklanish" party traditionally focused on the activities of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
Although upbringing and education are considered the most priority issue of reforms and the necessary funds are allocated, we believe that the ministry is not doing enough, because kindergartens and schools are not changing.
Officials say that it takes time to see results in education and upbringing, which is true, but today there should be systematic work to see results in time. For example, out of 126,000 kindergarten teachers, only 48,000 have a higher education. In whose hands is the decisive stage of upbringing?
Does it make sense to spend money on improving the skills of those who have worked 20 years and haven't got a qualification, or who are very well aware that they are mistaken in the field with their diploma in their hands, and are counting the days in kindergarten or school until another job comes out?
Both educators and teachers must work tirelessly on themselves to avoid losing their jobs, confirming their qualifications before the employer. This reduction in costs creates an additional resource to make salaries attractive, making educators and teachers competitive, and improving the quality of upbringing and education.
Perhaps it is a mistake that deputies see with their own eyes at places? Does the Ministry do great things? Who will explain this to people?" - says Alisher Kadyrov.
The Minister Umarova did not come to the report after being approved by the Legislative Chamber. As the head of state said: The attitude towards the parliament shows the attitude towards the people...
We should not deceive ourselves with statistics in upbringing and education, this is nothing but a betrayal of the future!
