As a physical education teacher, I also applied for an allowance and formed my documents. Unfortunately, the district justice department does not issue an order to me that you are a leading employee, so no allowance will be established from the director's fund. There are a number of military-sports competitions, such as "Patriots," "Young border guards," and others, in the competitions for collecting points for the bonus. It is we, the leaders of the PEC, who conduct these competitions. Why shouldn't a surcharge be paid?

Paragraph 39 of Chapter 7 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 591 dated November 8, 2023, provides that all benefits and social guarantees provided for teachers of other subjects in educational institutions of the republic will be applied to teachers of physical education.

According to clause 37 of this regulation, a teacher of the subject "LBCT" is equal to the deputy director of an educational institution in terms of their position. In the event that the number of teachers of this subject in an educational institution is two, the deputy director of the educational institution is appointed for the position of a teacher with more work experience and experience.

The order of the Ministry of Public Education No. 406 dated December 28, 2019, states that deputy directors for the training of youth in the spirit of patriotism (head of the PPS) are required to conduct lessons on this subject for up to 10 hours a week, but these classes are included in their official duties, for which a separate salary is not paid.

The appointment of allowances to pedagogical staff at the expense of the director's fund is regulated by the Regulation "On the procedure for creating and using the director's fund to encourage exemplary employees of general secondary education institutions," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019.

Paragraph 33-1 of this Regulation provides for the payment of allowances to pedagogical staff in proportion to the class hours allocated in their tariff list (teacher's tariff rate).

We believe that it is impossible to assign a bonus from the director's fund due to the fact that the teacher does not receive an additional salary for the 10 hours of the lesson.
