In this case, the distribution of lessons is carried out according to paragraph 15 of the regulation "On the procedure for the completion of classes in general education institutions and the formation of tariff lists" (list number 3271).
The achievements of the teacher in the distribution of class hours in accordance with the indications in paragraph 15 of the regulation (in this case, the places of his students in Olympiads, certificates obtained in foreign languages, participation in examinations, etc.), as well as the category of qualifications, information etc. should be taken into account.
At the very end of the sequence, it is indicated that it is possible to teach the leading staff of the general education institution in the relevant specialty until it is provided with highly educated teachers.
Also, in paragraph 16 of the above regulation, it is said that it is recommended to determine the maximum amount of lesson hours for teachers who have priority based on the sequence of indicators.
Lesson hours, it is necessary to look at the available lesson hours of this subject in the school, the number of teachers teaching this subject, and their indicators. In conclusion, the class allocation should be shared between the currently working teachers and the remaining class will be shown as vacant.
Managers can work temporarily until the arrival of a student with a higher education, and this lesson will not be assigned to them during the regular academic year. When an applicant with a higher education comes, these lessons will be taken from them and a new applicant will be hired.
Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 275, Annex 3, Clause 20, states that "On the basis of the tariff list of teachers, the part of the hours of lessons assigned to teachers up to one and a half rates in excess of one rate shall not be recorded as vacancies." the norm does not apply to leaders.
If these hours are not shown as vacant, the regional employment authorities may judge the employer for concealing jobs and impose an administrative fine based on Article 229 of the Labor Code.
