A 9th grade student was arrested in Denov

A minor was detained in Denov district based on a court order. He was a 9th grade student of the 75th general education school in the district. This was reported by Kun.uz.

According to the court ruling, E.M., born in 2008. He was previously convicted of the crime of hooliganism. He is suspected of repeatedly committing hooliganism with his accomplices.

In particular, on May 27, 2024 at 22:50 E.M. and his accomplices citizen M.D. in front of one of the shops in "Nurli-manzil" MFY, Denov city. and quarreled with others. During the quarrel, E.M. and his accomplices beat M.D. with stones and sticks and injured him. They also resisted the citizens who wanted to prevent this hooliganism.

E.M. thereby committing the crime provided for in clauses "a, g" of Article 277, Part 3 of the Criminal Code (repeated or dangerous recidivism of bullying against an authority representative or a public representative performing the task of maintaining public order, or against other citizens who took measures to prevent bullying actions) is suspected of having committed it intentionally.

The prosecutor in his petition E.M. stated that there is a possibility of hiding from the preliminary investigation and the court, if he remains in the open, he may commit other serious or extremely serious crimes, and asked for a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment to be applied to him. The court granted the request.

O'smir Denov was taken to the temporary detention center of the district IIB and placed in the investigative detention center No. 9 in the city of Termiz.
