Will teachers returning from a decree leave be given only pre-vacation hours?

I want to get back to work in September. Can those who have returned from the decree only take the lesson before the vacation? For example, before taking a leave of absence, the lesson was 10 hours. Will I continue to work for those 10 hours after I return?

According to paragraph 19 of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tarification lists in general education institutions," teachers who returned from maternity leave and childcare are allocated lessons based on the priority sequence of indicators established in paragraph 15 of this Regulation in accordance with labor legislation.
That is, when the employee returns from a decree leave, his classes will be redistributed. If the teacher's performance is high (category, certificate, etc.), more hours of lessons can be allocated to him than before.
In general, there is no rule that teachers who return from maternity leave and childcare are given only pre-vacation hours.
