In several regions of Kazakhstan, classes were canceled due to heavy snowstorms. Kun.uz reports that today, February 20, 2024, classes will be held in regions with unfavorable weather.

➖ 0-9th grade students studying in the first shift in Astana, the capital of the country;
➖ 0-11th grade students and college students of the first shift in the city of Semey;
➖ First shift students in Karaganda;
➖ In Ust-Kamenogorsk, classes for students of grades 0-11 in the first and second shifts were transferred to the distance learning format.
For information, unfavorable weather conditions have been prevailing in many regions of Kazakhstan for several weeks. Snowstorms and strong winds are blowing in places. As a result, many roads of republican importance are closed from time to time.
