Is it correct to hire a student without fully distributing lessons to teachers?

Question
Currently, our school has 2 mathematics teachers and 1 computer science teacher. There are 65 hours of lessons. We mathematicians work at a rate of 1.5, and the remaining 5 hours are spent by our computer science teacher. Now this year, our director is hiring a student. Is it correct that he should take it from our lesson? How many lessons can you teach your students?

It is known that based on the sequence of indicators in paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions" (No. 3271), it is recommended to determine the maximum number of class hours for teachers who have an advantage.
However, citizens can apply for these vacancies if the part of the class hours set for teachers up to a one-and-a-half-stage amount exceeding one-stage is presented to the territorial employment department as vacant jobs.
Paragraph 20 of Appendix 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 275 states that the part of lessons scheduled for teachers up to one and a half hours, which exceeds one rate based on the tariff list, is not recorded as vacant jobs. But this rule doesn't work in many places.
If a citizen applies for a job through a referral provided by the territorial employment department for this vacancy, the employer can decide whether to hire this employee based on the norms provided for by law.
According to Article 123 of the Labor Code, in order to select an employee who meets the necessary qualification requirements, the employer has the right to conduct interviews with job applicants.
The selection of candidates who have applied for work can be carried out on the basis of the requirements of the "Model Regulation on the selection of candidates for work" No. 3451, registered by the Ministry of Justice on August 14, 2023.
If the candidate does not pass the competition, the employer provides him with a written rationale for the refusal to hire him in accordance with Article 119 of the Labor Code.
In this case, all class hours can be allocated to teachers in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions."
If a third-year student who applied for a job meets all the requirements and is hired, the class hours will be distributed between the teachers and the newly hired student.
It is known that in this case, based on the indicators established in paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions," teachers at the school are allocated more class hours.
After that, the graduate student in the pedagogical direction will be given the remaining hours of classes.
