For which level of the national certificate does a primary school teacher receive a 50% bonus?

I have a C+ national certificate in the Uzbek language. I am a primary school teacher in Uzbek classes. Until now, I was receiving a 20% bonus. Will I also be paid a 50% bonus starting in January? Some say that only those above B+ receive 50%. Is this true?

According to paragraph 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2022 No. UP-134 "On Approving the National Program for the Development of Public Education for 2022-2026," it is envisaged to pay bonuses to teaching staff who have a certificate obtained in the national assessment system of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications in the amount of 20 percent of their tariff rate.

According to paragraph 12 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 37 "On the State Program for the Implementation of the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy in the "Year of Supporting Youth and Business," starting from January 1, 2025, teachers of the subject "Native Language and Literature" who have a national certificate issued by the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications will be paid a bonus of 50 percent.

Also, by the resolution of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation No. 4-q/q dated April 4, 2024, and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 3-mh dated April 2, 2024, the list of national and internationally recognized certificates that determine the level of knowledge of foreign languages and general education subjects was approved.

Chapter 4 of this joint resolution states that a national certificate at the C level, which determines the level of knowledge of general education subjects, is the basis for paying a bonus. The C+ level national certificate is higher than the C level certificate.

The minimum level of certificates for obtaining bonuses for certificates obtained before the entry into force of this joint resolution is set at 60 points.

Thus, a bonus will be paid to a primary school teacher who has a national certificate of the C level (60 points for certificates obtained before the entry into force of this resolution).

In this case, teachers teaching in primary education are paid a bonus of 50 percent for the following subject hours, broken down by class:

• In the 1st grade, in the 1st and 2nd quarters of the academic year, 4 hours of "Alphabet," 4 hours of "Writing," in the 3rd and 4th quarters, 4 hours of "Native Language," 4 hours of "Reading Literacy";

• In grades 2-4, the subject "Native Language" for 4 hours, "Reading Literacy" for 3 hours.
