Vacant land in the school will be given to entrepreneurs who want to build a kindergarten for free use for 30 years.

Currently, an open dialogue between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and entrepreneurs is taking place. At the meeting, the issue of increasing the role of the private sector in education was also discussed, and several initiatives were put forward by the president.

It was noted that over the past eight years, thanks to the opening of wide opportunities for the private sector in education, the number of private kindergartens has reached 31 thousand, and schools - 645.

Entrepreneurs will be provided with benefits in 80 districts where preschool coverage is below 70-80 percent. First of all, it is permitted to build kindergartens on the basis of private partnership on vacant lands of kindergartens and schools in these districts.

In this case, entrepreneurs will not be charged rent for the land for 30 years, and they will be subsidized half of the planned expenses for each child in the state kindergarten.

Entrepreneurs wishing to establish kindergartens in other locations in these districts will be allocated preferential loans of up to 5 billion soums at a rate of 18 percent for a period of 7 years, land will be provided free of charge on the condition that they do not change their activities, they will be paid social tax at a rate of 1 percent, and the salaries of educators will be paid for up to three years.
