The Ministry was sharply criticized for holding a teacher responsible for an electronic diary.

Discussions held at the regular faction meeting of the Democratic Party "Milliy Tiklanish" on February 23 of this year brought to the agenda the issue of tasks not included in the main duties of teachers.

Deputy of the Democratic Party "Milliy Tiklanish" Umida Rakhmonova, addressing the Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education Azizbek Turdiyev with a question, accused the ministry of overloading teachers, in particular, the emaktab.uz [ed.] platform and census work. In response, the Deputy Minister expressed the ministry's official position and also mentioned the difficulties faced by the ministry. According to the deputy, the essence of the problem is that teachers are responsible for tasks that are not part of their duties, which distracts them from their main goal of educating children. "The issue of Emaktab.uz [ed.] is a matter between parents and students. But it's not right to punish teachers because parents don't enter the diary or because there is no payment. That is, we are again involving teachers in matters beyond the issues of educating children and working on them," Umida Rakhmonova emphasized. This problem affects not only schools, but also kindergarten teachers, and it is said that they also face various pressures. "However, there are still cases of punishing and registering not only school teachers, but also kindergarten teachers, saying'such-and-such student is still not on the list,'" the deputy said. He noted that there is a contradiction between statements about state support for teachers and the actual tasks assigned to them. ..."the actions we are taking here are the exact opposite of this or are associated with actions that prevent this. "I would like to ask the ministry that one of our actions should be complementary to the other, complementary in a good sense," Rakhmonova emphasized. In response to these accusations and criticism, Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education Azizbek Turdiyev said that the ministry is against overloading teachers and pointed out external factors complicating the situation in this regard. "The Ministry strongly opposes assigning excessive duties to teachers, and we deliberately gave this to teachers on our social network because the ministry or its territorial subdivisions and departments have not given any extra instructions for registration," the Deputy Minister emphasized. Azizbek Turdiyev also noted that the weak attitude of parents towards the educational process is one of the serious problems affecting the full implementation of such systems as emaktab.uz [ed.] "No matter how much we promote it today, no matter how much we explain it, our parents are very, so to speak, not very caring about the educational process. How is his child participating, what grades is he getting, is he coming, is he leaving, and so on. In this sense, it is difficult to keep a diary," Turdiyev said. Despite these difficulties, the Deputy Minister noted that there is gradual growth and the number of parents actively using the platform is also increasing. "Now, but the statistics are still growing slowly. "We have parents who are really entering, and we have parents who are really interested," the Deputy Minister emphasized. Although the Deputy Minister emphasized that he strongly opposes overloading teachers, such cases have not yet been stopped locally.

According to the teachers who contacted xalqtaliminfo.uz on this very issue, the class teachers are being blamed for parents and students who did not access emaktab.uz, explanatory letters are being taken from them, and the situation is even leading to the dismissal of the class teachers.

"Is it necessary to make red and yellow tables of student and parent activity in the electronic diary and force teachers to do this? What's the point of such deception? "The Ministry also knows that parents do not enter," said one of the teachers.

The general situation shows that so far, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education has not used any other methods to enhance the role of parents in this regard, except for the application of measures of influence only on teachers.
