The fact that an official statement has been issued does not mean that the matter is closed. We need to deal more with the root of the problem. Punishment is only a temporary measure.
Yes, in developed countries, if an employee falls into such a situation, a sick leave is issued to him. In our practice, the employee is fired. Because it seems that our officials are used to fighting with consequences and not with causes.
