The teachers who paid for the qualification category are "burning" their money...

In order to provide comprehensive support and create convenience for teachers, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education announced that the payment for participation in the certification of teachers has been extended until October 10 of this year.
According to a message spread on social networks (in particular, on the @uzteachers telegram channel), teachers have not been given the opportunity to correct errors in the applications being considered in recent days and submit them again.
Those who paid for the application are burning their fees. The edit was closed on October 4. Some applications were not considered on October 6-7. If the ones under consideration are also rejected, it is impossible to edit, the report says.
In order to clarify this situation, khalktaliminfo.uz contacted the head of the department for organizing the process of assigning qualification categories to pedagogical personnel of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education Sardor Rakhimboyev.
According to Sardor Rakhimboyev, according to the current procedure, in cases of incomplete submission of documents, the authorized ministries send a notification to the Center for Public Services or the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal or the official website of the authorized ministries to the teaching staff about the non-receipt of documents.
Pedagogical staff can re-submit documents with the correction of shortcomings until the acceptance of documents is suspended. In this case, the fee for the provision of public services from the teaching staff is not charged again.
Acceptance of documents from teaching staff will be suspended annually on March 1 and October 1.
"We can only accept documents until October 1. However, at the moment, the process of reviewing the documents of teachers who have registered in recent days continues. Indeed, once the documents are rejected, the teacher cannot re-edit them. Because he will be able to submit documents after October 1.
If we reject the teacher's documents, he will have to re-edit them and send them to us again. The process of resubmitting documents will end by October 1. For this reason, we always recommend teachers not to delay the submission of documents until the deadline, to register them by submitting documents earlier.
Only then, even if an error is detected in the document and we reject it, educators can manage to re-edit it. Now we will recall those whose documents were found to be inadequate and rejected in January, and there is no other option in front of us.
At the same time, we cannot help teachers who upload documents late, even if we want to. Because there is a regulation governing this process. And we have no right to go beyond the statute.
But at the same time, we are working on making changes to this regulation. That is, we have introduced a proposal to establish an additional period for teachers who made payments but did not have time to edit the documents," said Sardor Rakhimboyev, a responsible employee of the ministry.

Xalqtaliminfo.uz contacted Sardor Rakhimboyev, Head of the Department for Organizing the Process of Assigning Qualification Categories to Teaching Staff of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, to clarify this issue.

Almost 60% of teachers failed the certification.
About 190,000 teachers submitted online applications to participate in the qualification testing, of which 177,640, or 95% of the total number of applicants, took part in the processes.

Teachers who disagree with the results of the certification can appeal to the court.
It turned out that the appeal commission sends almost identical responses to the complaints of teachers who are dissatisfied with the results of the certification.
