Is November 11 a school holiday?

Question
Is November 11 declared a day off on the occasion of the Labor Day? If this day is also a weekend, how do we record the topics in the journal? Or do we transfer it to another day in a more concentrated way?

By the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 23, 2020 No. ZRU-648, November 11 is established as the Day of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.
That is, November 11 is actually a holiday date, but this date is not part of non-working holidays. For this reason, November 11 is officially considered a working day for all institutions and organizations (who work a six-day work week).
According to Article 208 of the Labor Code, the following dates are non-working holiday days:
- January 1 - New Year;
- March 8 - Women's Day;
- March 21 - Navruz holiday;
- May 9 - Remembrance and Honors Day;
- September 1 - Independence Day;
- October 1 - Teachers and Mentors Day;
- December 8 - Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- The first day of the religious holiday of Eid al-Fitr;
- The first day of the religious holiday of Eid al-Adha.
In conclusion, after the end of the autumn vacation for schoolchildren, which begins on November 4, the lesson process begins on November 11.
At the same time, on November 11, classes will be held as usual. Therefore, it is not necessary to make changes to the electronic (paper) journal.
