Schools have officially confirmed when the winter holidays begin

As is known, according to the Regulation "On General Secondary Education," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 140 of March 15, 2017, the last day of the second quarter for schoolchildren falls on December 27 (Friday), and December 28 (Saturday) is the first day of winter holidays.

According to the regulations, the holidays will last 14 calendar days, that is, until January 10. According to the regulations, classes in the third quarter will start on January 11 (Saturday).

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education officially confirmed this information in response to the request of xalqtaliminfo.uz.

It should be recalled that for first-grade students, an additional weekly vacation will be established during February.

For information: If the last day of vacation falls on a holiday (non-working) day, lessons will be resumed from the next working day.
