Now, when there are enough teachers in the school, lessons can be divided

As is known, on August 2, 2022, amendments were made to the Regulation "On Payment of Labor for Employees of Public Education," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 21, 2005.

That is, in paragraph 22 of the regulation, it was established that in cases where the teacher of one of the groups is absent from the class for various reasons, additional training of groups and additional fees for additional training are not paid.

After the introduction of this rule, it became much more difficult for teachers of the subject to be taught separately.

The amendments did not explain how long a teacher who is "temporarily absent from classes" will not be at work as a reason for not paying an additional fee to his partner. As a result, the teacher's partner was not working for months due to some reasons, but they were not paid an additional salary.

Now, if there is a teacher in the school in the relevant subjects, it is allowed to teach in groups

Paragraph 22 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 21, 2005 No. 275 was amended by Appendix 3 to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2024 No. RP-346 as follows:

In cases where the teacher of one of the groups for divided subjects is absent from the lesson for various reasons, the groups are taught together, and additional fees for teaching together are not paid.

The following clause has been added: In this case, divided learning is permitted if there are teachers in these subjects.

According to the official of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, this paragraph was added to prevent misunderstandings on the ground and clarify the issue.

That is, if the partner of one of the teachers of the subject taught separately is not at the lesson, but there are enough teachers in the school for this subject, in such cases, the lesson can be held separately by attaching to other teachers.
