Now the work of teachers is performed by a virtual assistant

On December 1, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed a presentation on the ongoing work on the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare, education, transport, and space.

At the presentation of the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov, proposals were also heard on the tasks set for the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of education.

According to the proposals, a platform based on artificial intelligence will be introduced for school education. In this case, the teacher's virtual assistant is developed and integrated into the platform.

This solution will help teachers create lecture texts, presentations, tests, lesson plans on the topic, and monitor the examination process.

Starting next academic year, artificial intelligence training will begin in schools, technical schools, and universities. It was noted that computer science teachers are being trained for this purpose.

However, it was noted that it is necessary to train not only them, but the entire school community in the use of artificial intelligence and reduce the workload of teachers. Then teachers will have more time to work on themselves, it was noted at the meeting.
