3-day training-seminar on the topic "Improving the effectiveness of educational work in secondary schools, systemic problems and their elimination, future plans" for more than 250 deputy directors of spiritual and educational work working in schools was conducted.
Advisor to the President Khayriddin Sultanov, Head of the Department of Social Development of the Presidential Administration Odil Abdurahmanov, Minister of Preschool and School Education Khilola Umarova, Head of the Republican Spirituality and Enlightenment Center Otabek Hasanov took part in the seminar.

The greatest responsibility for protecting our youth from spiritual threats and bringing them to maturity is placed on the shoulders of our teachers. After all, education is a process closely related to education.

Through today's seminar, we intend to organize educational work in schools using modern methods, to improve the work style and qualifications of the leaders responsible for this.
During the seminar, a presentation of the book "Parent - Mentor" prepared by the Ministry was organized.
The awarding ceremony of the educational seminar was held today. Deputy Minister Farhod Baqiyev congratulated the participants on their successful participation in the training seminar and handed over certificates.
