By March 1, 2024, clubs will be opened and 118,000 young people from poor families will be trained

Currently, a videoconference meeting is being held under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the work done in the field of social protection and priority tasks for 2025.

At the meeting, responsible persons were given appropriate instructions on tasks related to education. In particular, it was noted that additional opportunities will be created for teaching children from poor families foreign languages, IT and professions.

Responsible officials were instructed to open clubs by March 1 and start training 118,000 young people from low-income families. In this case, up to 80% of the club's expenses will be covered from the budget.

It was noted that it is necessary to prepare children from poor families and admit 3.5 thousand young people to universities on a grant basis in 2025.

Rectors of universities will also be responsible for the training of 4,000 young people from poor families. Minister K. Sharipov was given appropriate instructions in this regard.
