It has become known when the test examinations will be held for those who did not participate in the attestation for valid reasons

According to paragraph 45 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021, if pedagogical personnel do not appear for certification for a valid reason, their certification is postponed to another period.

According to the requirements of the Regulation, the following circumstances are considered valid reasons:

• temporary disability of the employee;

• performance of state or public duties;

• participation in republican and international competitions;

• temporary travel in a foreign country;

• death of a close relative.

Other grounds specified in the certificate of the heads of the authorized state body or educational organizations. In this case, in the event of postponement of the attestation of pedagogical personnel due to their failure to appear for an unscheduled attestation for valid reasons, the fee is not recovered.

As is known, from April 15 to May 14 of this year, certification tests were held for pedagogical workers. However, for pedagogical staff who did not participate in the certification for valid reasons, the timing of the test trials remained unknown. Because the regulation does not contain a specific norm on how long it will be after the main test trials, organized for teachers who did not participate in the certification for valid reasons. That is, the regulation only provides for the postponement of test examinations to another period.

Therefore, xalqtaliminfo.uz contacted the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and tried to clarify the issue. According to the information provided to the editorial office, it is planned to conduct an unscheduled test for teachers who did not participate in the certification in the autumn months.

If we approach this based on the requirements of the regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021, the issue becomes even clearer.

As is known, according to paragraph 36 of the regulation, qualification exams for teaching staff are held annually in March-May and October-November.

If it were clear that test trials would be held for teachers who did not participate in the certification for valid reasons, the ministry would have organized the test trials by May 31.

This period is almost over, and testing after May 31 is impossible. Because the ministry cannot deviate from the requirements of the charter.

Therefore, it is clear that test trials will be held in October-November for teachers who did not participate in the certification for valid reasons.
