This year, 1000 teachers will receive a ministerial bonus.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 425 of August 2, 2022 "On Measures to Organize the Activities of the Fund of the Minister of Preschool and School Education" (currently invalid), a two-stage competition was held to identify qualified teaching staff who will receive a monthly bonus for 2025 at the expense of the minister's fund.
Of the 4,499 candidates registered in 27 subject areas for the 1,500 quotas allocated for the minister's bonus for 2025, 4,434 took part in the test trials.
988 teachers successfully passed the next stage of the tests. The 512 positions allocated for the minister's bonus remained vacant. According to the editorial staff, due to appeals filed by teachers, the number of teachers receiving the minister's bonus may have been subsequently increased to 1000.
By order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 174 of May 30 of this year, the list of qualified teaching staff who will be paid a monthly allowance for 2025 was also approved. [See list here]
Teachers listed in the list are paid a bonus from the Fund from May of this year for January 2026 (9 months) in the amount of 5.5 times the minimum wage (recalculation in case of a change in the minimum wage) in the manner prescribed by the Resolution.
Was the money deposited on time?
According to the Xalqtaliminfo.uz editorial office, within 5 working days (until June 6) after the signing of the ministerial order, the Department of Accounting and Reporting of the Ministry (F. Jamuratova) transferred the bonuses to the personal treasury accounts of the Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the departments of preschool and school education of the regions and the city of Tashkent.
The Ministry also issued relevant instructions on the timely payment of funds by the centralized financial and accounting service of district (city) departments of preschool and school education to the treasury account of the organization in which the employee works.
If the minister's bonus has not yet been paid to pedagogical workers in the regions, pedagogical workers can contact the accounting departments of the territorial administrations or leave specific address information under this article about which regions have not received the bonus.
