Starting from September, 5 teachers from each district will be sent abroad for advanced training.

As is known, at a video-selector meeting held on May 15, 2025, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev, on the reforms carried out in school education and the main tasks for the future, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the city of Tashkent and regions were instructed to send 5 school teachers from each district (city) abroad for advanced training.
In order to ensure the implementation of the task, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education has developed a "Roadmap" for organizing the sending of 5 school teachers from districts (cities) abroad for advanced training.
These activities will be carried out in the following 6 stages:
Stage 1
Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, territorial departments of preschool and school education by August 1, 2025:
Develops criteria for selecting teachers for advanced training in foreign countries;
Selects school teachers.
In this case, the main attention is paid to mentors and leading teachers in the field of specific, natural, primary education.
Stage 2
Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, territorial departments of preschool and school education by August 5, 2025:
Forms a list of 5 teachers selected from each district (city);
Submits the list of school teachers sent for advanced training to the Center for Pedagogical Excellence.
Stage 3
Territorial centers of pedagogical mastery until August 10, 2025:
Analyzes and identifies the needs of foreign professional development programs;
Selects professional development programs in foreign countries and reaches an agreement.
Stage 4
The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional khokimiyats by August 20, 2025:
develops a cost estimate for advanced training of teachers abroad;
Finances expenses related to advanced training in a foreign country based on the cost estimate.
Stage 5
The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the city of Tashkent and regions, and the territorial departments of preschool and school education in September-December 2025:
sends school teachers to foreign countries for advanced training;
Organizes a seminar-training for teachers of general education schools of districts (cities) based on the results of advanced training abroad.
Stage 6
National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence named after A. Avloni in July-December 2025:
carries out systematic monitoring of the processes of sending 5 school teachers from districts (cities) abroad for advanced training;
Submits information on the monitoring results to the Ministry on the 15th and 30th of each month.
