Instructions were given on awarding teachers in connection with October 1.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education has issued an instruction to award all employees of educational organizations, including managers and maintenance personnel, in connection with October 1st - Teacher and Mentor Day.

As is known, according to paragraph 29 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019, employees of general education institutions, including managerial personnel, may be awarded bonuses in the amount of up to 75 percent of the minimum wage only in connection with "October 1 - Teacher's and Mentors' Day" at the expense of the Fund's available funds.

The Ministry specifically reminded that during the period of employee bonuses, the amount of bonuses is determined based on the current financial condition of the Fund and within the limits of its available funds.

Accordingly, all employees working in the organization, including managers and maintenance personnel, were asked to take measures to reward them within the available funds (taking into account the amount of the established monthly bonus) in connection with this holiday.

From now on, the Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, heads of departments of preschool and school education of the regions and the city of Tashkent will have to monitor the payment of these awards locally.
