Question
I have been a teacher at the school for 30 years. Can't a teacher who receives a bonus receive the prize money of 495,000 soums, which will be given on October 1? If he did, would he return it?

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823, the Regulation "On the procedure for creating and using the director's fund for encouraging exemplary employees of general secondary educational institutions" was approved.
According to the regulation, by the decision of the school's pedagogical council, by the order of the director, employees of general educational institutions are paid monthly allowances, they are awarded and they are given financial assistance.
This regulation does not establish any rule on non-payment of remuneration to a teacher employee who has been appointed a bonus. That is, all teachers appointed with a bonus can be rewarded in the amount of up to 50% of the minimum wage in connection with October 1 - Teachers and Mentors' Day.
