Will they give points for a 70% bonus to teachers with national certificates?

I received a B2 level national certificate. I want to participate in the autumn certification and try to get a 70% bonus. They say that the maximum score is awarded for the national certificate.

If I get the maximum score and solve pedagogy well, then along with the national certificate, I will get a result higher than 86 points in total. Will I then be assigned a 70% bonus?

Clause 48 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021, provides for the establishment of an additional 70 percent allowance to the base tariff rates of teachers who participated in the certification and received a score of 86 or higher.

For this, teachers must participate in the certification test (at both stages) and have achieved (or retained) the highest and first qualification categories.

It is known that paragraph 36 of the regulation provides that subject teachers (except for primary school teachers) who have a national or internationally recognized certificate at the C1 level or a certificate of knowledge of a foreign language at the level of at least B+ (80 points or higher in the previous system), issued by the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications, during the period of validity of the certificate, are awarded the maximum score for determining the level of knowledge of the specialty subject and the professional standard during the next mandatory certification, as well as the qualification test in the academic subject, and are exempt from the qualification test in this academic subject.

However, for teachers applying for a 70% bonus, points for international or national certificates will not be added.

In this case, the additional bonus is paid only to teachers who participated in the qualification examination (at both stages) and achieved (or retained) the highest and first qualification categories.

That is, due to the presence of a national or corresponding international certificate of the established level, the next mandatory certification does not take into account the determination of the level of knowledge in the specialty subject and the professional standard, as well as the maximum score awarded in the qualification test in the academic subject.

These teachers, as well as pedagogical staff with a qualification category not subject to mandatory certification, may, at their discretion, receive a bonus by participating in the extraordinary certification.

This is provided for in paragraph 48 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021.
