Heads of education departments of Fergana and Khorezm regions were brought to administrative responsibility.

The head of the regional Department of Preschool and School Education, Sherzod Dolimov, was held administratively liable for dismissing the director of a school in the Buvayda district of the Fergana region in violation of labor legislation. This was reported by the information service of the State Labor Inspectorate.

It was reported that the head of the regional department violated labor legislation during the dismissal of the school principal and the appointment of a new director. On this basis, an administrative penalty was imposed on the official.

Also, the head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, Khamro Bektemirov, was fined for violating labor legislation.

In addition, the collected administrative case materials concerning an official of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, who obstructed the performance of the pedagogical worker's official duties, were sent to the relevant judicial authorities. The State Labor Inspectorate noted that control over compliance with labor legislation will continue.
