The regulation "On the procedure for certification of pedagogic personnel of preschool, general secondary, special secondary, professional and extracurricular educational organizations" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021 According to paragraph 33, the certification of pedagogic personnel is carried out in two stages and is evaluated in a total 100-point system for two stages.
According to Article 44 of the Regulation, a pedagogical staff with a higher qualification category or head teacher according to the results of two stages:
➖ If he has 80 points and above - passed the certification, the category of higher qualification (the position of head teacher) is kept;
If he has an indicator of less than 80 points, he has not passed attestation and is reduced to the first qualification category (with the exception of pedagogic personnel involved in attestation out of turn);
Pedagogical personnel of the first qualification category or leading teacher:
➖ If he has 80 points and above - passed the certification, the higher qualification category (head teacher position) is given;
➖ If it has a score of 70 to 79 points - passed the certification, the first qualification category (position of a leading teacher) is kept;
➖ If he has less than 70 points, he has not passed the certification and is reduced to the second category of qualification (except for the teaching personnel who are involved in the certification outside the regular schedule);
Pedagogical personnel of the second qualification category or senior teacher:
➖ If he has 70 points and above - passed the certification, the first qualification category is given;
➖ If it has an indicator of 60 to 69 points - passed the certification, the second qualification category has been saved;
➖ If he has less than 60 points, he has not passed the certification and has been demoted to the position of a specialist (teacher with a higher education) (except for pedagogic personnel involved in extra-time certification);
Pedagogical personnel in the position of specialist or highly educated teacher:
➖ If he has 60 points and above, he is certified, the second category of qualification is given;
➖ If it has a score of 55 to 59 points, the position of specialist (teacher with higher education) has been retained;
➖ If he has less than 55 points, he is considered unqualified for the position of a specialist (teacher with higher education) who has not passed certification (except for pedagogic personnel involved in extra-time certification).
