The qualifications of the principals are determined by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 270 of August 29, 2023.

According to him, the candidate:

➖ Having at least a bachelor's degree;

➖ to have a management certificate;

➖ Must have at least 5 years of teaching experience in the field of education.

Additional requirements:

➖ To be fully aware of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On preschool education and training", "On education", "On state civil service", "On guarantees of children's rights";

➖ knowledge of the initial stage of one of the foreign languages and the use of information and communication technologies;

➖ Knowledge of the national language (knowledge of Russian, English and other foreign languages is preferred).
