I work as a laboratory assistant at a school, recently got out on a decree, and my workplace decreed to charge me 75% of my money. I have 3 minor children, and I actually signed a decree on my fourth child. Shouldn't he have calculated my decree to 100% because I have 3 minor children?

According to Article 404 of the Labor Code, a woman is granted maternity leave for 70 calendar days before birth and 56 calendar days after birth (70 calendar days in case of difficult birth or birth of two or more children) and a pension is paid in the amount established by law, but not less than 75% of the average monthly salary.
Attention: According to Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 31, 2024 No. 314 "On the procedure for assigning and paying temporary disability benefits, pregnancy and childbirth benefits, as well as allowances to an employee who adopted a newborn child or appointed him as a guardian," employees with 3 or more children under the age of 16 (students are 18 years old) are paid a temporary disability allowance in the amount of 100 percent of the average monthly salary, regardless of the length
Therefore, pay attention to employees who have 3 or more children under the age of 16 (students are 18 years old) are paid 100% hospital fees. Payment of 75% or 100% of the decree does not depend on the number of children, but depends on the length of service of the employee after the day of employment.
According to paragraph 35 of the Regulation, allowances for pregnancy and childbirth, as well as allowances for an employee who adopted a newborn child or appointed him as a guardian, are paid by the employee:
- with a work experience of up to 12 months from the date of employment - 75 percent of the average monthly salary;
- with a work experience of more than 12 months from the date of employment - 100 percent of the average monthly wage.
Note that it is not about the general work experience, but about the experience after the day of employment. That is, say, a woman with 10 years of work experience was taken to another new job and 6 months later issued a decree, the decree fee is paid 75%.
So, if you have up to 12 months of work experience from the date of employment, the decree will be paid 75%, even if you have 3 minor children.
Let's say a woman got a job in July 2024, but left the decree after 6 months, in which case the woman will be paid 75% of the decree. Now the same woman, after the decree, went on childcare leave and went on a decree for her 2nd child. In this case, 100% is paid, because the woman has been employed for more than 12 months.
