According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-134 dated May 11, 2022, starting from September 1, 2022, a system has been established for paying a monthly additional allowance in the amount of 50 percent of their tariff rate to teaching staff who have an internationally recognized certificate.
Paragraph 9a of the above decree provides for pedagogical personnel who have a certificate of the relevant level in the subject they teach.
That is, if a subject teacher has an international or national certificate in another subject and teaches a completely different subject, no allowances will be paid. To do this, the teacher must have a corresponding certificate in the same subject.
Even in the above situation, a chemistry teacher with a CEFR or IELTS certificate will not be paid a bonus.
That is, even if a subject teacher has an international certificate for another subject that he does not teach, these bonuses will not be paid to them.

Will teachers of music and physical education receive a bonus for the national certificate from the new academic year?
Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, it is proposed to introduce into practice a national assessment system for determining the level of knowledge and professional skills of teachers of music culture and physical education.

It has become clear that teachers will receive a 70% bonus.
Uzbekistan's system for assigning qualification categories to teaching staff has undergone international accreditation by the International Society for Accreditation of Education (INTEAS).

Is it right to reduce the percentage of teacher allowances by the middle of the year?
Last year, I was assigned a 20% bonus from the director's fund according to Resolution 823, and in January 2025, 10% of the bonus was unreasonably removed. When I asked why, I only heard excuses from finance and higher authorities that such instructions exist. How justified is this?

An addition has been made to the list of measures taken into account when assigning bonuses to teachers.
Even if students achieved results in natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology) at the Al-Khwarizmi Olympiad in exact and natural sciences (science), teachers had to be denied points for bonuses.
