An 11th-grade student died in a Lacetti car accident at a school in the Samarkand region.
On February 12 of this year, at 12:30 p.m., on an internal road passing through the territory of Nogahon MFY, Jomboy district, Samarkand region, an 11th-grade student of school No54, born in 2007, who did not have a driver's license, was driving a Lacetti car along the Jarkurgan-Nogahon route, and due to carelessness, he lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into a tree on the side of the road, causing a traffic accident.
As a result, the injured student was hospitalized in the central hospital of the Jomboy district. Despite the medical assistance provided by doctors, the student died in the hospital.
In order to prevent such situations, a critical meeting was held at secondary school No. 54 in the neighborhood where the incident occurred, headed by the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region, the Public Security Service, the Road Safety Department, Colonel Shavkat Baikhurazov, with the participation of the chairman of the citizens' assembly of the neighborhood, the mahalla "seven," the heads of the responsible organizations, the director and class teachers of the secondary school, and schoolchildren.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that traffic rules should be better taught during class teachers' educational hours.
