What will teachers who did not participate in the certification do?

I was not in Uzbekistan on the day of the attestation, will I be allowed to take it at the end? What needs to be done to get permission? If I tell our leaders, they'll give it if asked at the end, won't it be too late then?

The certification of teaching staff is regulated by the Regulation "On the Procedure for Certification of Teaching Staff of Preschool, General Secondary, Secondary Specialized, Vocational, and Extracurricular Educational Organizations," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021, No. 572.

According to Clause 45 of this Regulation, if pedagogical staff fail to attend the certification for a valid reason, their certification is postponed to another period.

The following circumstances are considered valid reasons:

• temporary disability of the employee;

• performance of state or public duties;

• participation in republican and international competitions;

• temporary travel in a foreign country;

• death of a close relative;

• other grounds specified in the certificate of the heads of the authorized state body or educational organizations.

This means that if a teacher cannot participate in the tests due to a temporary trip abroad, the certification test will be postponed to another date.

In this case, for teachers who could not participate in qualification (testing) exams for valid reasons, the days of the test exams will be announced by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

As a reminder, according to Clause 22 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Certification of Pedagogical Staff of Preschool, General Secondary, Secondary Specialized, Vocational, and Extracurricular Educational Organizations," if the certification of pedagogical staff is postponed due to their failure to attend the extraordinary certification for valid reasons, the fee is not collected again.
