Minister Hilola Umarova has been appointed a new deputy.
Karimova E'zozxon Gapirjonovna has been appointed Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education - Rector of the Nizami National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan.
Previously, he worked as an advisor to the director of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions on issues of increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work and ensuring compliance with the legislation on the state language.
In 2021, she worked as the head of a department of the Agency for the Development of Presidential, Creative and Specialized Schools, and in 2021-2023, as an advisor to the director of the Agency for Presidential Educational Institutions.
From 2023 to 2024, he also served as Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work at the "New Uzbekistan" University within the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
In connection with the 33rd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, E. Karimova was awarded the "Ma'naviyat fidoyisi" badge and the commemorative badge "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of Uzbekistan" by the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment.
The Ministry of Preschool and School Education did not disclose information about E. Karimova's scientific activities.
