Uzbek students achieved the best result in the history of the International Chemistry Olympiad.

Members of the Uzbekistan national team achieved the best team result in the history of Uzbekistan at the 57th International Chemistry Olympiad (ICHO 2025) in Dubai.
In total, the members of the national team won 2 gold, 2 silver, a total of 4 medals.

Mirjahon Mukhammadov - student of the specialized school named after Abu Ali ibn Sino - gold medal;

Later, the winning students were solemnly welcomed at the Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport under the leadership of Sevara Shakirova, Director of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions.
Uzbekistan will host the 58th International Chemistry Olympiad in 2026
Within the framework of the 57th International Chemistry Olympiad (ICHO 2025), the Center for Science Olympiads also held an official presentation on Uzbekistan's hosting of the next 58th International Chemistry Olympiad (ICHO 2026).
Representatives of more than 90 countries took part in the presentation. They were given detailed information about the main idea of the Olympiad, the infrastructure of the city of Tashkent, and the achievements of Uzbekistan in the education system.
For reference: The 58th International Chemistry Olympiad is scheduled to be held in Tashkent in July 2026.
