Now students will undergo an annual in-depth medical examination.

From now on, an electronic system will be established in secondary schools to assess students' abilities in sports by assessing their physiological and anthropometric condition during medical examinations and, on this basis, to guide them towards sports.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On measures to orient students towards sports and popularize sports by assessing their physiological and anthropometric condition."

According to the decision:

until August 15, 2025:

• a special module is launched, containing information on the orientation of students towards sports based on their physiological and anthropometric indicators;

• students undergo an in-depth medical examination once a year in the central multidisciplinary polyclinic of each region;

Starting from the 2025-2026 academic year:

• once a year, training seminars are organized for school nurses to determine the physiological and anthropometric indicators of students;

• In order to organize at least 1 club in individual and team Olympic sports in each school, the coaches of the sports school are assigned to the physical education teachers of the schools;

until September 15, 2025:

According to the relevant platform, students with the best indicators in sports will be sent to sports schools.
