Two students died in a car accident driven by a student.

In Syrdarya, a Lacetti with three teenagers fell into a ditch and caught fire. Two of them died, and another was admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital. A 15-year-old boy drove the car without his father's permission. This was reported by the Department of Internal Affairs of Syrdarya region.

On September 19 of this year, at approximately 10:00 PM, on the 1st kilometer of the "Sholikor-Sirdaryo" section of the 20V036 local highway passing through the Furqat neighborhood of the Syrdarya district of the Syrdarya region, a minor D.A., born in 2010, while driving a Lacetti belonging to his father (without his father's permission), lost control due to high speed and fell into a ditch on the side of the road.

As a result of the accident, two underage passengers in the car died at the scene, and the driver was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the district medical association.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 266, Part 3, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and an investigation is underway.

The Department of Internal Affairs asked all parents not to create conditions for their minor children who do not have the right to drive a car.
